People with Strategic talents create tactical ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and then outline action steps for success.

Relators can reduce complicated content to its most fundamental points in order to relay messages logically to those around them.

Those who are especially talented in the Communication theme generally find it easy to put their thoughts into words. They are good conversationalists and presenters.

Activators can make things happen by turning thoughts into action. Their goal setting routinely sparks the enthusiasm of other individuals.

People with the Learner strength have a great desire to take in new ideas and continuously improve. In particular, the process of learning, rather than the outcome, excites them.
